Brooklyn Center for Media Education & Access (BCMEA) provides Brooklyn residents with media services, educational initiatives, and mentoring programs that enables the creation and production by Brooklynites of their own television programs.

The initiative is designed to teach middle school and high school students digital photography, video and sound production, mural design and design software skills. Headquartered at the Red Hook Recreation Center in Red Hook Park.
