Albert Einstein Fellowships

Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellowship Program offers current public or private elementary and secondary mathematics, technology, and science classroom teachers with demonstrated excellence in teaching an opportunity to serve in the national public policy arena for ten months.

Honeywell Space Academy

Accepting scholarship applications from exceptional middle school science and math teachers from around the world to attend the Honeywell Educators at Space Academy program.
Deadline: June

NASDAQ Teaching Awards

Sponsored by the NASDAQ Educational Foundation and the National Council on Economic Education, these awards honor outstanding teachers who foster economic literacy at the high school level. Cash awards are awarded to several regional winners and an overall grand-prize winner.

National Council of Teachers of Mathematics

Offers up to $6,000 to elementary school math teachers who are NCTM members and have demonstrated deep commitment to teaching and learning. Must have three years experience.

Nonprofit Math for America

Offers their Newton Fellowship and Newton Master Teachers Program to recent college graduates in mid-career professionals interested in teaching and who have a bachelor's degree with substantial work in mathematics.

Presidential Awards for Excellence in Science and Mathematics Teaching

The Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching are the Nation's highest honors for teachers of mathematics and science. The Awards recognize highly qualified K-12 teachers for their contributions in the classroom and to their profession.

RadioShack National Teacher Awards

Honors veteran and beginning teachers in mathematics, science and technology. A total of 110 awards will be made in two categories: 100 experienced full-time high school math, science or technology teachers with more than three years teaching experience will receive a cash stipend of $3,000. Ten beginning high school math, science, or technology teachers who have completed at least one full year of teaching and have less than three years of experience will receive a $1,000 cash stipend.
